The green-and-white team, who surpassed Beyoğlu Yeni Çarşıspor with the same score in the 4th round, won against Göztepe 2-1 in extra time in the 5th round. Konyaspor also beat EMS Yapı Sivasspor 1-0 in extra time in the round of 16 to reach the quarter-finals.
The team that wins the quarter-final match, played through single-game elimination, will proceed to the semi-finals and face Ankaragücü.
