CY (50), who raided the Bayraklı City Hospital in Izmir in daylight with a shotgun, claiming he had not been taken care of, was taken into custody and released, stated that he would return to the hospital later and commit a massacre. CY was detained again after doctors issued a white code and was apprehended at the courthouse he was referred to.

The incident occurred around 9:00 pm at Bayraklı City Hospital. Allegedly, CY, who had been treated at the hospital before, arrived at Bayraklı City Hospital with a shotgun around 1:00 pm. CY was captured and held by police teams in the hospital parking lot upon the notification of his relatives who were informed about the situation. CY was released after his interventions at the police station.

„I will commit a massacre“

CY returned to the hospital around 9:00 pm and claimed that he would allegedly commit a massacre on the 9th floor of Block C. Meanwhile, police teams were dispatched to the hospital after the doctor named BG issued a white code. CY was confronted by police teams at the hospital entrance and taken into custody again.

He claimed that he was not taken care of

It was learned that CY, who was held by police groups in front of the emergency room entrance, stated in his initial statement that he came to the hospital to be examined for laryngeal cancer and that he needed to be aspirated every 12 hours but he was not taken care of.
