Güler assumed the position of Vice President of the Supreme Council for Radio and Television (RTÜK) previously held by İbrahim Uslu. İbrahim Uslu announced his resignation from the position of Vice Chairman of RTÜK through a statement on his social media account. Consequently, Güler, who has been working at RTÜK for about 15 to 20 years, was appointed as the Vice President of the Supreme Council. Other dismissals and appointments have also taken place. Additionally, changes occurred at RTÜK, including the removal of İnci Özkan from her position as the head of the Human Resources Department and the appointment of Sinan Göktaş to succeed her. Murat Ellialtı has been appointed as the head of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department, a position he previously held as deputy. Furthermore, lawyer Şeyma Günay has been appointed as the First Legal Advisor.
