Chief Minister of Balochistan Sindh Murad Ali Shah,In his statement to journalists, he mentioned that two children were among the injured and that five individuals suffered severe head injuries.

Ali Shah on the survivors „They were all very poor people. They were laborers who traveled with trucks from the Thatta region in the south of the country to visit a Muslim Sufi shrine about 500 kilometers away.“he said.He added that the details of the accident were still under investigation.

Deputy Commissioner of Balochistan Munir Ahmad Kakar,He told the BBC that at the time of the accident, about 60 people were in the truck, including men, women, and children.
